Admin Updates the Price
The JJP operations team logs into the admin dashboard and updates one or more polymer prices. Each update includes product name, grade, unit price (₹/kg), GST rate, freight zones, and effective time.
Platform Validates & Dispatches
The JJP backend validates the update, timestamps it, and simultaneously dispatches notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to the mobile app and WhatsApp Business API to all registered buyer numbers.
Buyer Receives Notification
The buyer sees an instant push notification on their Android or iOS device — or a WhatsApp message on their phone number. They tap to open the JJP app and see the updated live price immediately.
Buyer Raises Enquiry
If the price is favorable, the buyer taps 'Enquire' within the app. They fill in quantity, delivery address, required date, and any special requirements. The enquiry lands directly in the JJP sales dashboard.
JJP Sends Quotation
The JJP sales team reviews the enquiry, confirms final pricing (including freight to the buyer's location), and generates a PDF quotation with GST breakdowns, payment terms, and delivery timeline.
Continuous Price Monitoring
From this point on, the buyer receives automatic WhatsApp alerts whenever the price changes — no need to check manually. The JJP app also shows price history, trend charts, and product-level notifications.
