Terms & Conditions
Jai Jinendra Polymers — JJP Polymer Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the JJP Polymer Platform ("Platform"), including the mobile application, web interface, and WhatsApp notification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your company) and Jai Jinendra Polymers ("JJP", "we", "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Use & Eligibility
The JJP Platform is a B2B service exclusively for:
- • Registered business entities operating in India
- • Polymer raw material buyers — manufacturers, converters, fabricators, and traders
- • Individuals acting in their capacity as authorized representatives of a business
The Platform is available only in India. Access from outside India is not permitted and JJP does not warrant the Platform's compliance with laws of any other jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. Use by consumers (individuals procuring for personal use) is not permitted.
3. Price Information
Prices displayed on the JJP Platform are indicative market reference rates published by JJP. They represent the rates at which JJP is willing to offer supply, subject to availability.
Important Disclaimer
Displayed prices are not binding offers. Final prices are confirmed by the JJP sales team in a formal written quotation. No purchase or sale is legally binding until a confirmed quotation is accepted by both parties in writing.
- • Prices are published in Indian Rupees (₹) per kilogram unless otherwise stated
- • Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated as inclusive
- • Freight costs are estimates based on standard logistics rates and may vary
- • JJP reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
- • Historical price data on the Platform is provided for reference only
4. Enquiry & Deal Process
The JJP Platform facilitates an enquiry-to-quotation workflow:
- Buyer submits an enquiry via the app specifying product, grade, quantity, and delivery location.
- JJP sales team reviews the enquiry and prepares a formal quotation within the committed response time.
- Quotation is shared via the app and/or email, inclusive of final price, GST, freight, and payment terms.
- Buyer confirms acceptance of the quotation in writing (via app, email, or WhatsApp confirmation).
- JJP confirms order acceptance and proceeds with supply logistics.
No contract is formed until the buyer's acceptance of a formal quotation is explicitly acknowledged by JJP. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a purchase order or binding commitment by either party.
5. Account Responsibilities
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP, session tokens).
- • You must not share your account access with third parties outside your organization.
- • You must notify JJP immediately at hello@jjppolymers.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration and KYC.
- • JJP may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the JJP Platform to:
- • Scrape, extract, or systematically copy price data using automated tools
- • Redistribute JJP price data to third parties without written authorization
- • Submit fraudulent enquiries or provide false business information
- • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access unauthorized areas of the Platform
- • Impersonate another buyer, business, or JJP employee

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal B2B procurement purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- • JJP is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative prices displayed on the Platform.
- • JJP is not liable for delays, interruptions, or errors in price delivery due to network failures, force majeure, or third-party service outages.
- • JJP's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the last confirmed transaction between the parties.
- • JJP is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Termination
JJP may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or business reasons. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@jjppolymers.com. Data retention post-termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
11. Changes to Terms
JJP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the Platform or email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
